Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Strong administration, organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments as per procedures.
• Understand customer needs and recommend banking solutions with discretion.
• Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate if needed.
• Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes promptly.
• Communicate clearly with customers about banking processes and options.
• Promote a positive, diverse and equitable work environment and participate in development.
• Collaborate with team, respect coworkers, and keep status of routine activities updated.
• Deliver quality experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.
