Job summary

Leggat Mazda of Hamilton, part of Leggat Auto Group, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers. The role includes front-desk duties, vehicle licensing assistance, and cross-departmental administrative support in a busy dealership environment.

Hours are 4pm–8pm Monday to Thursday and Saturday 9am–5pm, compensation $20–$22 per hour, with prior automotive/reception experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of receptionist experience or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent telephone demeanor and ability to record messages accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment and collaborate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone and front-desk reception duties.
• Welcome customers visiting the showroom and assist with their visit purpose.
• Assist with vehicle licensing and administration tasks.
• Support in dealer trade processes and documentation.
• Carry out general administrative tasks as needed.
