Job summary

Concord Parking, part of the Paladin Security Group, is hiring a Part-Time Field Supervisor to manage Field Operational activities across the lower mainland including Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond and North Vancouver. The role supervises Mobile Parking Enforcement Officers and Shuttle Drivers, oversees audits, training, and client relations.

Starting wage is $24.00 per hour, increasing to $25 after probation. Shifts vary from 4 to 8 hours, weekends required with total weekly hours of 16–25.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role (parking management or security preferred).
• Excellent oral and written communication; fluent in English.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license for at least 2 years with clean abstract.
• Class 4 Unrestricted license (must obtain if not held).
• Own vehicle for work if company vehicle isn’t available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and supervise field staff (scheduling, orientation, training).
• Meet regularly with staff to provide guidance, coaching and performance management.
• Provide coverage for sick days and staff shortages as needed.
• Complete inspections, incidents and accidents per procedures.
• Maintain equipment and ensure accurate payroll and shift data in back-office systems.
• Support customer service and disputes handling with professional communication.
