Job summary

Concord Parking in the Vancouver area is seeking a Part-time Parking Enforcement Field Supervisor to lead field operations across the lower mainland. You will supervise Mobile Parking Enforcement Officers and Shuttle Drivers, address client concerns, perform equipment and lot audits, and support payroll and scheduling.

The role requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 3+ years supervisory/managerial experience.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Class 5 driver’s license (2+ years) with clean record.
• Class 4 Unrestricted license or ability to obtain.
• Vehicle for work if no company vehicle is available.
• IT proficiency with web-based tech and MS Office suite.
• Customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Professional, polished demeanor with strong values.
• Out-of-the-box and solution-oriented thinking.
• Interest in advancement within a professional team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field staff and schedule shifts.
• Coach and support staff; manage performance.
• Provide coverage for sick days and vacations.
• Complete inspections and incident reports.
• Audit sites and equipment for quality.
• Assist disputes with appeals and inquiries.
• Monitor equipment and payroll-related data.
• Provide training and on-site troubleshooting for customers.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies.
• Support recruitment and screening.
• Report to Client Services Manager on issues.
• Suggest process improvements for service delivery.
• Maintain professional communications at all times.
• Other duties as required.
