Qualifications

• Valid BC Security Worker's Licence with Security Guard endorsement.
• Strong communication and decision‑making under pressure.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Identifying theft, mischief, and fraud.
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
• Observing, meeting and greeting customers.
• Approaching situations with a customer-first mindset.
• Maintaining a professional demeanor with the public, staff, and law enforcement agencies.
• Conducting security audits of the building and assets.
• Performing arrests, ask to pays, and product recoveries.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Documenting all evidence and typing clear and concise reports as required.
