Experience with residential painting and drywall patching is a must, along with your own tools and reliable transportation. The position offers steady, ongoing work, with all materials provided and consistent bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with residential painting and drywall patching.
• Own tools and reliable transportation are required.
• Valid WSIB and liability insurance needed.
• Clean, professional workmanship is a must.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior apartment painting.
• Execute wall and ceiling touch‑ups.
• Conduct light drywall repairs and patching.
• Finish sanding, priming, and finishing tasks.
• Complete turnover punch‑list corrections.
