Job summary

The Byng Group, a leading interior renovation general contractor in Windsor, is seeking licensed plumbers to perform rough and finished plumbing work in high-rise residential buildings.

You will handle plumbing repairs and maintenance across Windsor and surrounding areas, maintain documentation, and follow established procedures to complete tasks efficiently.

Applicants should have 3-5 years of multi-residential experience and own tools.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and experienced in multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
• Minimum 3-5 years in relevant settings (e.g., branch lines, rough ins, valve replacement, drain mods).
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate all necessary tools and equipment.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in apartment buildings.
• Completes required documentation (electronic timesheets, invoices, plumbing check-ups) for services performed.
• Follow detailed established procedures and methods to perform job duties.

The Byng Group is a leading interior renovation general contractor with more than 50 years' experience and a team of over 500, specializing in high rise rental properties.

We are looking for Licensed Plumbers to perform rough and finished plumbing work plumbing repairs and maintenance in high-rise residential apartment buildings throughout the Windsor and surrounding areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in apartment buildings


• Completes required documentation (i.e. electronic timesheets, invoices, plumbing check-ups, etc.) for services performed


• Ability to follow detailed established procedures and methods to perform job duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be licensed and experienced, minimum 3-5 yearsin multi-residential, commercial, or industrial properties (i.e. Branch Lines, Rough ins, valve replacement, bathtub replacement, drain mods etc.)


• Mechanical aptitude, able to operate all necessary tools and equipment


• Must have own tools


• Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driver’s Abstract
