Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Paint Prepper role located in Vernon, BC. The Paint Prepper will be responsible for preparing cabinetry and materials for the painting process, ensuring surfaces are smooth and ready for finishing. Day‑to‑day tasks include sanding, cleaning, masking, and quality‑checking materials to uphold the company’s high craftsmanship standards. The role also involves collaborating with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet production deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Experience in paint preparation, including sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces
  • Knowledge of painting techniques and processes applicable in cabinetry or similar fields
  • Proficiency in quality control and attention to detail to maintain high standards of craftsmanship
  • Familiarity with body shop or collision repair environments is an asset
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, on‑site manufacturing environment
