Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Paid Media Manager, Senior Living. You will own paid media for a book of senior living clients, guiding budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative on calls with clients.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4 and tag management, and drive growth through retention and upsell. This remote role welcomes candidates from Canada, the USA, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for a portfolio of senior living clients.
• Manage budget calls, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps; present performance narratives to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell strategies.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
