Blacksmith Agency LLC, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Paid Media Manager for Senior Living. You will own paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, steering budgets, bids, and testing.

You’ll serve as the strategic voice, guiding the roadmap and narrative on client calls. You bring 3+ years in hands-on campaign management, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, and agency experience handling multiple clients with strong English communication for US/Canada

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta with direct campaign ownership.
• Proven ability to move ROAS/CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US/Canada clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned senior living accounts.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and creative testing; decide when to pause campaigns.
• Set up and verify conversions with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels to ensure trusted data.
• Lead 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain performance on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationship building.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, Senior Living you own paid media for a book of senior living clients (senior living operators and home care agencies with many communities): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for senior living or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
