Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for HVAC clients with multi-location operations. You will own paid media strategy, budget calls, and the client roadmap, acting as the strategic voice during client conversations.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, track conversions with GA4 and pixels, and present quarterly growth stories. Remote role across Canada, the USA or South Africa.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.
