Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Paid Media Manager, HVAC to own paid media for HVAC clients across multiple locations. You will lead targeting, budget decisions, roadmap, and narrative on calls with clients.

You will set strategy, optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, and drive ROAS with clear attribution. Ideal candidates have 3+ years hands-on experience, agency background managing multiple clients, and strong English for US-based

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
