Blacksmith Agency is a remote-first digital agency specializing in AI-powered marketing. As Paid Media Manager for HVAC clients, you own the paid media strategy and execution across multiple channels, shaping budgets, roadmaps and client narratives during calls.

You will be the strategic voice, responsible for campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS, CPA and pipeline improvements for multi-location businesses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple client campaigns in an agency setting.
• HVAC or multi-location business experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for HVAC accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Set 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
