Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager for HVAC clients. You will own paid media strategy, budget calls, and the narrative in client discussions, acting as the strategic voice on campaigns across multi-location HVAC groups.

You will handle budget allocation, bidding, tracking, and roadmap creation, driving account growth through retention and upsell while maintaining strong relationships with clients across North America.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Experience working with multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• HVAC or multi-location business experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Manager, HVAC you own paid media for a book of HVAC clients (multi-location HVAC and home service groups): the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.


• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.


• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.


• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.


• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.


• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.


• Agency experience across several clients at once.


• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.


• Paid media for HVAC or similar multi-location businesses is a strong plus.
