Job summary

Blanc Labs seeks a Paid Acquisition/Media & Growth Specialist to own paid acquisition and CRO for regulated financial-services products. You will manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta, optimize landing pages, and improve the funnel to generate qualified leads.

You will focus on compliant copy, tracking, and experimentation, with an emphasis on cost-per-lead and end-to-end measurability. This is a high-visibility, time-sensitive engagement requiring proven results.

We are looking for a Paid Acquisition/Media & Growth Specialist to own paid acquisition and conversion optimization for our direct-to-consumer marketing funnel for regulated financial-services products such as mortgages, loans, and business banking. This role will run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta while continuously improving the landing pages and funnel that convert that traffic into qualified leads. We are open to a single specialist who covers both disciplines, or an agency that runs them as one accountable engagement — genuine depth in both is what matters, not a single generalist stretched th in. This is a time-sensitive, high-visibility engagement, so we're prioritizing a proven track record over potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including keyword/audience strategy, bidding, budget management, retargeting, and display
• Own conversion tracking and analytics: GA4, pixels, and server-side conversion tracking, optimizing to cost per qualified lead rather than clicks or impressions
• Design and continuously improve landing pages and funnel flow, including page design and conversion-focused copywriting
• Run a disciplined A/B testing program against a clear, sound methodology to lift funnel conversion over time
• Write and adapt copy that meets the trust, disclosure, and claim constraints that come with regulated financial-services offers
• Make an AI-powered feature the main next step on the page, integrating it naturally into the conversion path
• Set up clean data and analytics capture across our systems so performance is measurable end to end
• Build and operate entirely within Blanc Labs-owned ad accounts, domain, and tools — no work runs on outside or agency-owned infrastructure
• Hand over all source, assets, and data as work progresses and at engagement end
• Participate in an initial vetting step if requested (a short paid-media test/audit and/or a funnel teardown with sample copy) before a longer-term commitment.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• Deep hands-on experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, with a lead-generation background — not only e-commerce
• Experience advertising regulated financial products (mortgages, loans, insurance, or business banking) and working familiarity with Google's and Meta's ad restrictions for those categories
• A track record optimizing funnels for regulated financial products, with a feel for the trust, disclosure, and claim constraints that differ from typical e-commerce promotion
• Strong conversion copywriting ability, paired with a disciplined, well-documented A/B testing methodology
• Strong tracking and analytics fluency: GA4, pixels, and server-side conversion tracking
• A proven record running comparable budgets and funnels, with verifiable references and before/after results (not just visual portfolio pieces)
• Comfort operating entirely within client-owned ad accounts, domain, and tools, with full handover of accounts, source, and data — this is a firm requirement, not a preference
• For agencies: genuine, demonstrated depth in both paid media and funnel/CRO (separate case studies for each), named senior leads who will run the account day to day, and firm-level regulated-financial experience
• Reliability and a proven track record over price — we need people who've done this before, not who'd learn on the job
