Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency hiring a Paid Media Account Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You decide the targeting, budget calls, and narrative when clients ask why.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, craft 90-day roadmaps, and drive account growth through retention and upsell, while reporting on performance calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvement track record.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set up conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Define 90-day and quarterly roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

About The Role

As Paid Media Account Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
