Blacksmith Agency LLC is a fully remote, AI‑first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Account Strategist. You will own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients, defining targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will lead paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with responsibilities including budget calls, testing, and attribution you can trust. English on live calls with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A track record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers and able to demonstrate results.
• Agency experience handling multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and testing; decide when to pause a campaign.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Create the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for clients and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
