Job summary

Savvy Talent, LLC. is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing professional to own paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with responsibilities spanning from setup to optimization.

You will drive monthly signups and manage five-figure monthly budgets, while exploring new channels and AI-enabled strategies to improve results. You will report to growth leadership and have the opportunity to take ownership of paid acquisition and contribute to broader growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing or paid acquisition.
• Hands-on management of paid ads campaigns (Google, Meta).
• Proven track record scaling paid programs while maintaining efficiency.
• Experience managing five-figure monthly budgets.
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, CAC payback, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Experience building campaign structures, targeting, bidding, and tracking.
• Experience boosting landing page performance via CRO and experimentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills to translate data into actions.
• Capable of working independently and directing campaigns rather than just managing agencies.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and exploration of other channels.
• Drive customer acquisition and maintain efficient CAC.
• Scale advertising budgets without harming profitability.
• Manage campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, keyword selection, retargeting, and tracking.
• Optimize landing pages and messaging to improve conversions.
• Experiment with new channels, creatives, audiences, and approaches.
• Analyze metrics: signups, CAC, CAC payback, CTR, revenue contribution.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and external partners to boost performance.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate campaign development and workflows.
