Nortera Foods Inc. is seeking candidates to join our production team in Ontario, reporting to the shift supervisor. You will operate raw product supply, assist with case packing, and set up robotic and labeling systems to produce high-quality, ready-to-cook vegetables for our customers and communities.

The role requires 12-hour continental rotating shifts including nights and weekends. Candidates should have prior manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive,

• Related experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing priorities and work independently.
• Strong computer, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate raw product supply, case erecting and packing, set up robots and labeling.
• Assist sanitation team to keep packaging equipment clean and sanitized per HACCP specs.
• Support line leadership during efficient changeovers and product handling.
• Perform preliminary quality checks on packaging materials and coding clarity.
• Adhere to Safety, HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety protocols and report concerns.

Starting Rate: $20.50

In this job, you will produce healthier and better-quality food for customers and communities. Please note the shift requirements for this position include 12-hour continental rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Your daily role:

• Effective and knowledgeable operation of raw product supply, case erecting and case packing, Performing accurate robot and labelling set up;
• Support Sanitation team to ensure all packaging equipment is cleaned and sanitized regularly to HACCP and Food Safety Specifications, Supporting Line Leader to perform effective and efficient changeovers;
• Effective tote components and pallet handling;
• Preliminary quality check on product; verify integrity of packaging materials, coding clarity and legibility;
• Working in compliance with established Safety, HACCP, GMP and Food Safety protocols, reporting all concerns to your supervisor
