Job summary

Nortera Foods Inc. is seeking a night-shift quality control technician to perform laboratory analyses and ensure production meets required standards. Start date is as soon as possible in a temporary, night-role environment.

Under the quality control supervisor, you will enter results into the system, report anomalies, and perform manual stripping and evaluation of seams. The role offers weekly pay, potential overtime, and opportunities for hiring and advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Secondary 5 diploma or equivalent.
• Manual dexterity, thoroughness and precision in his work.
• Good visual acuity and good physical condition.
• Interpersonal skills, diplomacy and team spirit.
• Ability to quickly make certain decisions; autonomous
• Knowledge of computers, laboratory work and English would be assets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the required standards are respected.

• Notify the immediate quality control supervisor when there are anomalies.

Salary:$24.27 + night bonus $1.60 = $25.87
