Nortera Foods Inc. is seeking a quality testing attendant for the night shift at our Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu site. You will support the production and quality control teams by performing tests on products and packaging, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

You'll work 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., earning $22.67 per hour plus a $1.60 night premium (total $24.27/hour). Salary is paid weekly, with opportunities for overtime, bonuses, and group insurance.

Qualifications

• Secondary V diploma or equivalent.
• Manual dexterity, thoroughness and precision in work.
• Ability to quickly make decisions and work autonomously.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Check volume, temperature, drained net weight.
• Check the temperature and speed of the blanchers.
• Check the quantity and quality of the liquid.
• Perform tests according to established procedure.
• Check the code on the lids.
• Complete reports and send them to the laboratory.
• Ensure the equipment is functioning properly.
