Fairmont Hotels & Resorts in Whistler seeks an Overnight Kitchen Cleaner for a full-time, permanent role starting immediately at a pay rate of $23.70 per hour. The role involves ensuring public spaces and kitchen facilities are impeccably maintained for a memorable guest experience.

Successful candidates will operate industrial dishwashers, clean kitchens after service, and ensure all dishes and silverware are prepared for guests.

Overnight Kitchen Cleaner

You are at the heart of the hotel! As an Overnight Cleaner, you will take ownership of all public spaces and outlets, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

This is a full-time, permanent role, starting immediately.

Starting Pay Rate

$23.70 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $30.20.

What You Will Be Doing

• Operate an industrial dishwasher
• Ensure the kitchen colleagues have the dishes/silverware required, and guests have clean dishes
• Sort, stack dishes, and load/unload dishwasher
• Ensure all breakages and chipped items are removed from circulation and inventoried
• Clean all kitchens after service
