Employer: Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler

Location: Whistler, British Columbia, 4591 Blackcomb Way, Whistler BC, V8E 0Y4 Canada

Employment type: Full-time / Permanent

Hours: 40 hours/week

Hourly Wage: $24.75 - $26.25 (eligible for gratuities and discretionary wage increases per company policy)

Duties

• Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables
• Carry and replace linen
• Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
• Load bus pans and trays
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware
• Place dishes in storage area
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
• Sanitize and wash dishes by hand
• Scour pots and pans
• Handle and store cleaning products, remove kitchen garbage and trash
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors

Requirements

• Strong command of the English language

• Ability to obtain a clean criminal record check
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays (as the hotel operates 24/7, 365 days a year)
• Ability to work evening and overnight shifts
