Westin Whistler is seeking a friendly Overnight Service Express Agent to welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs, respond to inquiries, and offer In Room Dining options. You will balance guest accounts and provide concierge services while upholding Westin standards.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a team-first attitude, and experience in hospitality or customer service. The role includes standing for an 8-hour shift, occasional lifting, and COR safety

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to obtain criminal record check.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out per Westin standards.
• Upsell rooms and dining options.
• Assist with Marriott Bonvoy program sign-ups.
• Provide concierge services when needed.
• Balance guest charges and perform express checkouts.
• Maintain knowledge of In Room Dining procedures.
