West Edmonton Mall Property Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor to cover overnight shifts from 10pm to 8am. The role includes front office duties, guest issue handling, and performing nightly computer backups and transfers.

You will balance departments, run Micros reports, and prepare revenue and department reports for heads of departments. The position also involves valet parking and luggage storage responsibilities in the supervisor's absence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years night audit or front office experience in a hotel.
• Ability to lift and/or pull luggage up to ~30 lbs for storage.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Perform Front Office duties during shift, ensuring guest needs are met and Night Audit duties are performed.
• Balance food and beverage departments, run Micros reports and prepare for the next day’s business.
• Perform nightly backup of computer systems and PC transfer.
• Reconcile credit card, billing and gift certificate accounts.
• Prepare hotel and department revenue and informational reports for department heads.
• Answer calls courteously and deal with guest complaints effectively.
• Responsible for valet parking and luggage storage in absence of a Guest Service Agent.
