Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to join its Front Office team on a part-time basis. You will manage night operations, balance ledgers, assist guests, and ensure smooth overnight service with warmth and hospitality.

Ideal candidates bring hotel experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks. The role includes on-site work with flexible evening/night shifts and opportunities for growth within a premier Marriott-affiliated property.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the local area is helpful.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency with hotel systems: FSPMS, MARSHA, GUESTWARE, MICROS.
• Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Availability including days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing/activating keys.
• Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
• Process all check-outs and resolve late or disputed charges.
• Answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests and concerns, plus room service orders.
• Coordinate with overnight staff and other departments as needed.
• Communicate parking procedures and assist with staff directions.
• Provide guests with directions and information about local areas of interest.
• Run nightly reports and balance duties; check accuracy of reports.
• Complete cashier and closing reports in the system; count and balance bank.
