Job summary

The Crystal Lodge in Canada is seeking a Night Supervisor – Hotel to join the team mid-December 2026. You will coordinate nightly operations, schedule and train staff, and ensure accurate revenue documentation while addressing guest issues overnight.

Requirements include 1–2 years in hotel guest services or night auditing, prior supervisory experience preferred, strong PMS knowledge (RDP, Cloudbeds, RoomKey) and solid spreadsheet skills. English is required for safety-sensitive duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in hotel guest services or night auditing.
• Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• English language required; other languages are an asset.
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS and spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, assign, and review nightly operations for night auditors.
• Establish overnight schedules, checklists, and workflows.
• Train junior night auditors in PMS, audits, safety, and policies.
• Compile and verify daily revenue docs, room updates, tax logs, ledgers.
• Resolve escalated problems and critical guest issues overnight.
• Submit end-of-day reports and occupancy/financial logs to management.
• Requisition front office supplies and coordinate overnight maintenance.
• Perform duties of supervised staff during peak or shortages.
