Job Title : Outside Sales Representative HVAC
Location : 9765 54th Street SE, AB
- Ability to engage with a variety of customers, build & maintain relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills and securing profitable deals.
- Optimize the existing customer base by promoting and selling existing and new products and services.
- Develop new customer potential by examining market opportunities and potential customer needs, tailoring products and services, and selling solutions.
- Provide literature and support materials to new and existing customers.
- Create and present presanctions for customers and engineers.
- Coordinate with factory product training to provide training and coaching to customers.
- Provide feedback and recommendations on new products, services, and market conditions to customers and branch management.
- Participate in trade shows, training, and product meetings as appropriate.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or related industry.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role, preferably within wholesale distribution.
- Knowledge of HVAC industry products is required.
- Demonstrated sales and cold-calling experience, ideally within the industry.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Mechanical HVAC diploma.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage territory and accounts efficiently.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Initiative and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong time management, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Willingness to travel within North America.
