Job description

PX Solutions is seeking a driven and knowledgeable Nurse Call Sales Representative to join our growing healthcare technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting our nurse call systems and related communication solutions to hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare organizations.

This is an independent remote role to lead our sales effort in the Southern Alberta market. PX Solutions head office is in Edmonton at #100 10448 – 176th St. NW Edmonton, AB.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  2. Prospect and build relationships with healthcare facilities, key decision-makers, and influencers including clinical staff, facility managers, and IT professionals.
  3. Present and demonstrate nurse call systems and communication solutions, highlighting value propositions tailored to the customer’s needs.
  4. Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotes, and pricing agreements.
  5. Maintain detailed knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  6. Work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to ensure seamless implementation.
  7. Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to maintain expertise and build networks.
  8. Keep accurate records of activities, leads, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM software.
Candidate Profile :
  1. Mid to Senior level sales experience in healthcare, or related field.
  2. Ideal experience in nurse call system sales (any vendor or competitor), associated system sales, medical device sales, or selling to electrical contractors / hospital contractors.
  3. Familiarity with clinical workflows and healthcare facility infrastructure is a plus.
  4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  5. Self-motivated with a track record of success in a goal-driven sales environment.

Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
