Outbound Sales Representative - Digital Marketing Agency

Location: Remote/Canada

Are you a driven sales professional looking to join a fast-growing digital marketing company? Marketing Local Ltd. is expanding, and we’re hiring an Outbound B2B Sales Representative to help us reach more businesses across Canada!

What You’ll Do:

• Call and connect with business owners
• Present our tailored digital marketing services confidently and professionally
• Set appointments and close deals over the phone or book in-person meetings for sales team
• Maintain organized notes and communication through our CRM system

Who You Are:

• Previous outbound sales or cold-calling experience (preferred, but not required if you're a quick learner!)
• Background in digital marketing sales is an asset
• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated
• Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
• Goal-oriented with a passion for helping businesses grow

Compensation:

• Base hourly wage $19 per hour - $24 per hour based on experience

-Commission for conversions between $0 - $5000 in one calendar month will be paid as a 1 x payment and will be calculated by 10% of the signed contractual agreement of 1 month between the client and the customer(s).

-Commission structure will be tiered for over performance model for conversions between $5000 and $7500 in one calendar month will be paid as a 1 x payment and will be calculated by 12% of the signed contractual agreement of 1 month between the client and the customer(s).

-Commission structure will be tiered for over performance model for conversions between $7500 and $10,000 in one calendar month will be paid as a 1 x payment and will be calculated by 15% of the signed contractual agreement of 1 month between the client and the customer(s).

Example

Sales Commission example over performance example 15%; Contractor books meetings between client and customer in the month of January. In January, Customer(s) signs contract(s) for a total of $9000 per month, Contractor receives a 1 x payment at the end of January for $1350.
