Job summary

Rexel Canada is hiring an Outside Sales Representative based in Victoria to prospect and onboard new accounts, develop growth strategies, and maintain an opportunity pipeline. You will conduct weekly account visits, document activities in the CRM, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet monthly objectives.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of sales experience in electrical distribution, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience within the electrical distribution industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Electrical experience is a must-have.
• Proven ability to build/maintain productive relationships.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Outstanding communication skills, to communicate effectively with all current and prospective customers on a regular basis.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

As an Outside Sales Representative based in Victoria, your essential duties will be to:
