Base pay range

$68,000.00/yr - $77,000.00/yr

Benefits: Dental Insurance, Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement, Work From Home, Paid Time Off, and Commission.

Must-Haves:

  • Full sales cycle experience.
  • Experience as a Sales Professional in B2B.
  • Knowledge of Oil and Gas, Construction, or Power industries.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel and cover the large area surrounding Edmonton.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience in Building and Construction Services.
  • Knowledge of Power and Rental Generation.
  • Experience with a large quota of $2 million or more.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling, account management, presentation development, and closing deals.
  • Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders.
  • Coordinate with Rental Center functions to prepare sales contracts and related documentation.
  • Provide technical sales assistance for power and temperature applications manuals.
  • Develop and execute an annual territory sales plan.
  • Partner with operations and logistics teams for project execution and completion.
  • Have a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4-10 years of direct B2B sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Oil and Gas, industrial, construction, or power industries.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to collaborate with other business areas (Operations, Fleet, Logistics).
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
