Quincaillerie Richelieu Ltée/Richelieu Hardware Ltd is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Calgary, Alberta. You will drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering Richelieu’s wood product solutions to the woodworking and construction sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of outside sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and a self-motivated mindset to meet targets while collaborating with internal teams for order

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of outside sales or business development experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business within your territory.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Richelieu’s wood product portfolio for woodworking and construction.
• Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close Sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives while maximizing profitability.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and service.
