Quincaillerie Richelieu Ltée/Richelieu Hardware Ltd in Calgary, AB is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative. This full-time role focuses on developing new business and strengthening existing customer relationships through Richelieu's hardware product lines for woodworking and construction.

You will conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and negotiations to close deals. You will identify opportunities, meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of outside sales and/or business development, with proven ability to prospect and grow new accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers for loyalty and repeat business.
• Know Richelieu's hardware product portfolio for woodworking and construction.
• Conduct in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competition to uncover new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order processing and delivery.
