Bobcat of Brantford is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover Brantford and Brant County. You will promote and sell Bobcat equipment, attachments, and solutions while building long-term customer relationships and growing market share within your territory.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in equipment, agriculture, construction, rental or related industries.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Experience using CRM software and maintaining organized sales records.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned sales territory by supporting existing customers and developing new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, landscapers, farmers, municipalities, and other equipment users.
• Represent Bobcat of Brantford with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations, on-site product presentations, and assist with equipment deliveries when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records and opportunities within our CRM system.
• Develop and execute a structured weekly sales plan focused on prospecting, visits, and follow-up.
