Job summary

Earthworks Equipment in Saskatoon is seeking a Sales Representative to manage an established customer portfolio and grow our book by representing Bobcat, Kubota, and Develon equipment.

You will visit sites, assess needs, and propose equipment solutions while delivering outstanding after-sales support. The role offers a strong growth path and benefits with a locally owned team.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience in construction, agriculture, equipment, or a related industry is an asset.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and other business software.

Earthworks Equipment is a locally owned and operated company with deep roots in Saskatoon. As an authorized dealer for Bobcat, Kubota, and Develon, we proudly serve the construction, agricultural, industrial, and acreage markets.

We are looking for a relationship-focused Sales Representative to take over an established customer portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to build on existing relationships while growing your book and representing industry-leading equipment with strong support from our Parts and Service teams.

What You’ll Do

Compensation: $70,000 Salary + Manufacture spiffs

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (only 4–6 half-day Saturdays per year)
