Qualifications

  • Certified as an Orthoptist by the Canadian Orthoptic Council JCAHPO.
  • Previous orthoptic technologist experience preferred.
  • Competencies in other languages, French preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic procedures for eye movement disorders.
  • Interpret data and recommend treatment options.
  • Counsel patients regarding diagnoses and treatment plans.

Baccalaureate degree plus two year training program
