Corus Orthodontists seeks a dedicated Treatment Coordinator in North Edmonton, AB. You’ll greet patients, guide them through treatment options, and tailor financial plans to improve affordability. You’ll work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless care and drive growth through effective communication and follow-ups.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, time management, and proficiency in MS Office. Full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, with competitive rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental/ortho office preferred.
• Sales experience regarded as an asset.
• Treatment Coordinator experience an asset.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office; quick to learn new software.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new patients, delivering a warm, welcoming experience.
• Present treatment options clearly and answer questions with confidence.
• Develop personalized financial plans and explain payment options.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Drive practice growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Maintain detailed records in the practice management system.
• Educate patients about benefits, timelines, outcomes and maintenance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Doctors and Practice Manager.
