Forest Hill Orthodontics in Toronto, ON, part of Corus Orthodontists, seeks a Treatment Coordinator to join our established orthodontic team. This replacement role offers a full-time schedule (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday) with a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits.

You’ll welcome patients, present treatment options, and coordinate financial plans to make care accessible while collaborating with clinicians to ensure outstanding patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.
• Previous sales experience considered an asset.
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is an asset.
• Good with computers and willing to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team.
• Strong time management and meticulous in handling records.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new patients with a welcoming experience.
• Present treatment options and guide patients through decisions.
• Develop personalized financial plans and explain payment options.
• Collaborate with the clinical team for seamless patient care.
• Drive practice growth through effective communication and follow-ups.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Be the first point of contact for new patients, delivering a warm, welcoming experience that sets the tone for exceptional service.
• Guide patients through their treatment journey by clearly presenting treatment options, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.
• Develop personalized financial plans and explain payment options to make treatment accessible and affordable for patients.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Play a critical role in driving practice growth by meeting sales goals through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building with potential and current patients.
• Maintain detailed records in the practice management system, tracking consultations, follow-ups, and progress.
• Educate patients about the benefits of orthodontic care, including treatment timelines, outcomes, and post-treatment maintenance.
• Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.

The Teammate We’re Looking For

• Orthodontic or dental experience is preferred
• Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset.
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
• Good with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
• Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
