Job summary

Forest Hill Orthodontics in Toronto, ON, is seeking a friendly Treatment Coordinator to join our established orthodontic team as a replacement role. You’ll be the first contact for new patients, explain treatment options, and guide financial plans, ensuring accessible care.

We offer a full-time schedule (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday), competitive wage of $25–$30/hr, extended health coverage, a health spending account, employee assistance program, and complimentary orthodontic treatment for you

Qualifications

• Orthodontic or dental experience preferred.
• Sales experience considered an asset.
• Treatment Coordinator experience considered an asset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new patients, delivering a warm, welcoming experience.
• Guide patients through treatment options, answering questions and building confidence.
• Develop personalized financial plans and explain payment options.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Contribute to practice growth by meeting sales goals through follow-ups and relationships.
• Maintain detailed records in the practice management system.
• Educate patients on benefits, timelines, outcomes, and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as required for the practice.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Be the first point of contact for new patients, delivering a warm, welcoming experience that sets the tone for exceptional service.
• Guide patients through their treatment journey by clearly presenting treatment options, answering questions, and ensuring they feel confident in their decisions.
• Develop personalized financial plans and explain payment options to make treatment accessible and affordable for patients.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Play a critical role in driving practice growth by meeting sales goals through effective communication, follow-ups, and relationship-building with potential and current patients.
• Maintain detailed records in the practice management system, tracking consultations, follow-ups, and progress.
• Educate patients about the benefits of orthodontic care, including treatment timelines, outcomes, and post-treatment maintenance.
• Ability to perform other duties as required for the efficient operation of the practice.

The Teammate We’re Looking For

• Orthodontic or dental experience is preferred.
• Previous experience working in professional sales considered an asset.
• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator is considered an asset.
• Good with computers, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written), with a proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients, parents, doctors, fellow team members and the community.
• Keen attention-to-detail and time management skills.
