Job summary

Hyundai Capital Canada is seeking a Dealer Care Associate to manage originations documentation, review files, and liaise with dealers and BDMs. The role requires handling calls, reviewing AML and income proofs, and supporting Credit and Funding workflows.

Based in Toronto, you will work with a cross-functional team, rotate shifts within business hours, and contribute to efficient funding and credit processes for Hyundai Capital Canada.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience as a Credit Administration assistant
• Familiar with funding and loan documentation
• Understanding of the credit/review process and credit analysis
• FiServ/Defi knowledge a plus or knowledge of automated credit decision system(s)
• Knowledge of compliance laws as related to retail consumer lending

Responsibilities

• Process Calls for Credit and Funding from our Dealer Partners, BDMs and Customers; Build relationships to foster trust
• Review AML documents and perform extra due diligence on documents for deals that are deemed higher risk
• Review Credit Inbox and memos, including, but not limited to document verification, proof of income verification and custom programs
• Review Funding inbox, including but not limited to, BDM requests and manual uploads; Action aged held offerings
• Back up for Credit or Funding Q; help with translations
• Perform any other ad hoc requests as required
