Job summary

Hyundai Capital Canada is hiring a Customer Care Associate in Toronto to deliver exceptional service for Hyundai, Kia and Genesis brands. You will answer calls and emails, update the servicing system, and resolve customer questions with empathy while meeting SLAs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma with preferred college/university credentials, and bilingual English/French communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing role or call center preferred.
• Experience in corporate work environments preferred.
• Bilingual in English and French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails regarding lease and loan accounts.
• Identify questions, concerns and complaints and provide solutions.
• Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with customers.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Escalate matters to appropriate teams and follow up with customers/dealers.
• Manage Customer Care Queues and servicing system tasks.
