Job summary

Hyundai Capital Canada is seeking a Sales Planning & Retention Associate to manage data and reporting within the Sales Planning & Marketing function. You will create and maintain reporting dashboards and partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT to implement automated solutions.

You will provide data and analysis to support retention strategies, and troubleshoot system issues with Credit and Funding to ensure program availability and execution.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of competitive sales analysis experience.
• Experience in automotive sales and/or automotive financing.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance sales databases and reports.
• Prepare regular (weekly/monthly) internal and external reports (HQ/Brand Partners).
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards using Tableau and other tools.
• Collaborate with IT to automate data transfers, loading and extraction.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships to implement automation ideas in Sales.
• Support retention reporting and strategy including Customer Journey and Retention Initiatives.
• Provide analytical support to Sales & Marketing program development.
• Update and monitor sales, financial and risk assumptions to aid pricing.
• Provide sales/pricing analysis for Performance Review activities.
• Support Sales/Credit/Funding on operational needs.
• Assist with OEM liaison efforts for program uploads into LOS/DealerTrack/RouteOne.
• All other duties and ad hoc analysis as assigned.
