Job summary

Peri Group in Bolton, Ontario is seeking a Customer Care Administrator to manage the order-to-cash process, transfer information from orders to data entry, generate customer billing, and oversee order management with accuracy and timeliness.

You will collaborate with Sales and Operations to prioritise orders, coordinate material lists in the ERP system, reconcile invoices, handle returns, and provide superior service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1-3 years’ of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Open new orders and input contract details into the ERP system with accuracy.
• Process incoming customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Order Fulfillment teams to prioritise orders.
• Coordinate administrative requirements for major projects with customers.
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate shipping estimates and update delivery schedules.
• Generate and reconcile customer billing and weekly invoices.
• Support inventory counts and returns processing.
