Job summary

PERI is seeking a passionate, detail‑oriented Customer Care Administrator to join our Ontario team in Bolton. You will manage the order-to-cash process, transfer information from orders to data entry, generate customer billing, and coordinate order management.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to ensure accurate orders, timely delivery, and responsive service for concrete, formwork, and scaffolding projects.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a customer service or administrative role; order management a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage the order-to-cash process from order intake to data entry and billing.
• Open new orders, input contract details and material lists into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering and Order Fulfillment to prioritize and manage customer orders.
• Communicate with customers to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and provide timely status updates.
• Generate customer invoices and reconcile accounts; close weekly invoices.
• Support returns processes and respond to order status inquiries.
• Prepare internal and external reports (order history, open orders, back orders).
• Assist with inventory cycles and annual counts as needed.
