Job summary

Pulsar Measurement is seeking an Order Entry Coordinator to accurately process customer orders and ensure a seamless order fulfillment experience. The role focuses on entering orders into the ERP system, reviewing PO details, and coordinating withSales, Customer Service, Production and Shipping to keep customers informed.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in order entry or related roles, exposure to manufacturing environments, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in order entry, customer service, sales administration or related role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• ERP experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer sales orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system.
• Review customer purchase orders for pricing, quantities, configurations and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Production and Shipping teams.
• Communicate order acknowledgements, delivery dates and status updates to customers.
• Resolve order discrepancies and customer inquiries.
• Maintain customer records and documentation accurately.

Pay Transparency
