Stantec is seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst to enhance Oracle HCM Cloud services, including Payroll, HRMS, and Financials. You will work with IT and business users to resolve incidents, deliver service, and contribute to project design, configuration, and testing.

Your Opportunity
We are looking for an Oracle Functional Analyst to be part of the evolution and enhancement of our Oracle HCM Cloud, including Oracle Financials, Projects, Payroll and HRMS, to meet the needs of our business.
As a Functional Analyst, you will collaborate with technical analysts and end-users to resolve tier 1 and tier 2 incidents/problems, perform regular and on-demand service delivery activities, and monitor/resolve processing exceptions by using knowledge of the front-end system procedures and data dependencies. You will also provide functional expertise in assigned project roles on implementing Oracle solutions.

Education and Experience
In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
