Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Canada seeks an Oracle Functional Analyst to support Oracle HCM Cloud, including Payroll and HRMS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and implement HR solutions.

You will contribute to design, configuration, testing, training, and post-production support. The role includes guiding best practices for Oracle HCM and Taleo, and ensuring smooth period close and system changes in a collaborative IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incidents and service interruptions logged by the IT Service Center.
• Provide functional expertise for Oracle HCM, Taleo, and HR implementations.
• Contribute to design, configuration, integration, testing, training and post-production support.
• Guide the team with best practices of Oracle HCM and HR solutions.
• Perform service delivery activities including period/quarter/year-end processing and table updates.
• Support acquisition migrations tasks.
• Collaborate with developers/analysts when front-end resolution is not evident.
• Identify opportunities to reduce incidents via end-user education or changes.
• Log service requests with vendors and coordinate diagnostics and testing.
• Plan and execute functional and system testing; develop test cases as required.
• Consult on end-user system practices.
• Adhere to Solution Delivery, Incident, and Change Management procedures.
