Sobkow Technologies Inc. is a Downtown Brandon optometric clinic seeking energetic receptionist staff for part-time and full-time roles. You will welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and help with chart preparation in a fast-paced medical office setting.

Open Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30 with no weekends or evenings. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential to deliver high-quality patient care.

We are seeking a few energetic, professional, part time and full-time experienced Receptionists to join our amazing team!!! We are a fast-paced Optometric Clinic in Downtown Brandon, and we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, works efficiently, strives for high quality patient care, and enjoys working in a medical office team environment. Front Desk duties include but are not limited to:

• - Greeting Patients, Answering Phones, Scheduling appointments
• - Preparing patients charts, pulling insurance, calling insurance companies
• -Handling all patients needs with exceptional customer service
• - Being able to multi-task and control patient flow while being a team player

We are open Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30. No Saturday,Sunday or Evenings
