You'll assist with patient care, manage daily operations, and help create an exceptional experience for every patient. Note: 1 year of previous experience in an ophthalmology, optometry, or optical setting is required to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage inventory
• Assist with diagnostic testing and provide patient education
• Support with pre-surgical and surgical assist tasks
• Perform preliminary tests and gather patient history
• Provide excellent front desk support, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and addressing patient inquiries
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment to enhance patient experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality patient care
